Title: Advisor: Ethics and Compliance - Chantilly, VA or Remote Location: USA-VA: VIRGINIA-CHANTILLY Job Number: 1300JG4 Ethics and Compliance Advisor Location: Chantilly, VA or Remote Essential Job Functions Assists with the management of the day-by-day ethics and business conduct program functions, including providing ethics helpline administration and assistance to related case management and reporting requirements in accordance with the helpline administrative procedures, ensuring appropriate and timely responses from management are provided, managing and maintaining ethics helpline administrative procedures, assisting with ethics and compliance program support with vendor/supplier management, assisting with reporting of ethics and compliance data to the senior ethics and compliance leadership. Assists with coordination of efforts to maintain, distribute and enforce business code of conduct policy suite. Assists with coordination of strategies for activities relating to standards of conduct and ethical relationships with customers, contractors, suppliers, employees, stakeholders, and other relevant communities. Provides ethics program support to business unit/staff functions. Reviews internal controls, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with appropriate state and federal guidelines. Administers state and federal policies, in conjunction with legal, audit, human resources, investigator resources and other appropriate departments to ensure compliance, maintaining relationships with staff to ensure collaboration and support. Collaborates across groups to assist with development of messaging themes, campaigns and related collateral. Maintains communication with staff to ensure compliance with established practices and to assist with the implementation of new policies. Qualifications: Basic Qualifications * Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience * Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred * Seven or more years of compliance experience * Experience working with compliance programs, policies and procedures * Experience working with compliance-related guidelines, laws and regulations * Experience working with compliance-related information systems Other Qualifications * Strong Excel skills * Personal computer and business solutions software skills * Strong communication skills * Strong interpersonal skills for communicating with business unit personnel * Good analytical and problem solving skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Ability to deal with ambiguity and change Job: Contracts and Legal
